notes

The Church

A very quaint, picturesque Church positioned on the left hand side as you approach Longbridge Deverill along the A350 from Warminster. (Approx 2 miles from our home).

The Music

We will be enjoying a very traditional service and a couple of special things to listen out for is the musical arrangement of Pachelbel's Canon in D that was arranged for Wind Quartet by Amanda. The wind quartet is made up of musicians from the Warminster Philharmonic Orchestra, the orchestra Amanda and Richard founded together 3 years ago. The recessional music was composed by Charles Skingle (Amanda's Grandfather) for her parents which has been passed to Amanda & Richard to enjoy. Their very own personal wedding march!

Parking

Parking is very limited at the Church (approx 10 spaces behind the village hall and up to 5 spaces on the main road). Some of our wedding guests will be staying at the same hotels the night before the ceremony, it would be advisable that you share cars to Church. There is further parking at The George pub 200 yards along the A350 past the turning to the Church on the right hand side.

Please do not park directly infront of the Church as the horses require a turning circle.

Confetti

Biodegradable confetti may be thrown but the Vicar has requested that this is done away from the front doors to avoid being trodden and blown back into the Church.
